I recently had the opportunity to visit Crossroad and Milap sir, and spend time understanding their approach to wellness and rehabilitation. What immediately struck me was the calm and positive atmosphere. All other staff members were also warm, respectful, and highly professional, making both residents and visitors feel welcome. The facility is exceptionally well-maintained, spacious living areas, hygienic and comfortable rooms, and serene outdoor spaces that create a sense of peace. The daily activities are thoughtfully planned, balancing therapy, physical wellness, skill-building, and recreational engagement. It was also impressive to see how each resident’s recovery plan is customized, with a mix of counselling, medical care, and holistic practices such as yoga and meditation. The centre clearly places strong emphasis on dignity, confidentiality, and emotional well-being. From my experience, Crossroad is far more than a rehabilitation centre, it’s a safe, supportive environment where individuals can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives with professional guidance. I left with deep respect for their work and their commitment to making a real difference.
